Delivery and Returns
Important information about our delivery, return and refund policies.
The following is a guide to expected delivery times from the point of payment acceptance:
New Zealand 1 to 3 working days.
Overseas shipping between 4 and 14 working days (may vary with Covid-19 restrictions)
Returning an item that is not as described
Should you receive an item that is not as described you are entitled to a refund for the full original cost of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a timely manner.
